Pleomorphic adenoma or benign mixed tumor is the most common tumor of the salivary glands, and it occurs mainly in the parotid gland. The most common location of minor salivary glands is the hard palate. It appears as painless swelling with a slow growing of salivary gland. We presented three different patients with pleomorphic adenoma in the hard palate. Histologically, these tumors contain of both epithelial and mesenchymal tissues.
