MASSETER MUSCLE TRANSPOSITION FLAP IN THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE DEFECTS OF POSTERIOR ORAL CAVITY

We report a case who was operated on for his squamous cell carcinoma localized in the retromolar trigon and reconstructed with masseter muscle transposition flap. The indications and surgical technical details of this flap is discussed in this presented report.
