Lymphangiomas are the congenital malformations of the lymphatic system affecting mainly head and neck region. These congenital lesions are usually seen in children younger than two years of age. Occurrence in adults is uncommon. A 62-year-old woman presented with large cystic mass causing respiratory distress on the right cervical region. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a right cervical cystic mass and cystic lymphangioma is noted in the fine needle aspiration biopsy. Cystic mass is totally excised and the pathologic examination supported the diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma. Postoperatively, any complication did not occur and follow-up of 3 years showed no recurrence. Keywords : Cystic lymphangioma, cervical, adult
