GENE THERAPY IN HEAD AND NECK CANCERS

In addition to in vitro studies, more than 400 clinical trials have been carried out in human subjects since its first application. Various protocols and different strategies do exist under the gene therapy heading. In these article concepts of gene therapy, treatment strategies will be explained under main headings as well as applications in head and neck cancers. Keywords : Gene therapy; Head Neck; Cancer
