Sinonasal region lymphomas are rarely encountered. Most common form is NK/T cell lymphoma and prognosis of this form is poor. Sinonasal lymphomas usually presents with nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, post nasal drainage and epistaxis similar to benign inflamatory diseases. For this reason diagnosis mostly delays. When the disease advances due to progressive destruction of nasal cavity and adjacent structures; orbital involment findings, cranial nerve paralysis and central nervous system symptoms may occur. In this article a 60-year-old male patient; misdiagnosed as invasive fungal sinusitis presented with lack of vision, nasal obstruction, nasal drainage; diagnosed after surgical sampling as sinonasal extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is discussed with clinical, radiological, and histopatological findings with literture review.
