Mandibula is the one of most commonly fractured bone of the face. Management of the fractured mandible may show variations according to clinical experience. In this paper, the diagnosis, treatment and follow up of 412 patients with mandible fractures are reviewed. The use of pins instead of classic arch bar for intermaxillary fixation is highlighted.
