UNILATERAL SECONDARY MIDDLE TURBINATE WITH SINUSITIS

It usually occurs bilaterally, does not obstruct the ostiomeatal unit. It is known that it is not a cause of sinusitis. This paper describes a case of unilateral SMT causing sinusitis by narrowing the ostiomeatal unit. Keywords : Nasal cavity; variation, accessory turbinate; middle turbinate
