LOBULAR CAPİLLARY HAEMANGİOMA OF MİDDLE TURBİNATE

³Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi , Patoloji Anabilim Dalı, Sivas, Türkiye Lobular capillary heamangioma(LCH), also called pyogenic granuloma, is a benign vascular tumor that is frequently seen on the skin and mucous membranes of the oral cavity. LCH occurs in all ages, but more often in the 3rd decade and in females. The buccal mucosa, gingiva, lips, tongue are the most common sites of LCH, but the nasal cavity is rare. We presented a case of 11 year-old girl with lobular capillary haemangioma arising within the middle turbinate and literature was reviewed.
