KBB Kliniği, Ankara, Türkiye Olfactory Neuroblastoma (Esthesioneuroblastoma) is an uncommon tumor that arises from olfactory epithelium of upper nasal cavity. It represents less than 3% of nasal cavity tumors. It is characterized by slow growth pattern and local recurrences. Today, its borders can be predicted clearly by modern imaging techniques pre-operatively. They usually present as high-grade tumors. Treatment options are surgical resection or surgical resection combined with radiotherapy or chemotherapy. By means of a case, olfactory neuroblastoma is discussed.
