Fibrous histiocytoma is a rarely encountered non-epithelial tumor of the nasal cavity. These tumors include different cell populations. The pathologic criteria for the malignant potential of fibrous histiocytoma have been a matter of controversy. A 5 year-old male patient was admitted to our clinic with a compliant of nasal obstruction and a mass on the left side of the nose. Anterior rhinoscopy revealed a mass with a smooth surface completely blocking nasal passage. There was lateralization of the left nasal bone caused by the mass. Paranasal CT scans showed a 3x2x4,5 cm mass contacting with orbital base, obstructing nasal cavity and left ostiomeatal complex and causing nasal septum deviation to the right. The histopathologic diagnosis was done with incisional biopsy and mass was resected with lateral rhinotomy incision. Histopathologic examination revealed the mass was fibrous histiocytoma.
