Liposarcoma, after malign fibrous histiocytoma, is the second most common soft tissue sarcoma seen in adults. It is rarely seen in the head and neck region. In this report, we describe a case of myxoid liposarcoma in the submandibular area. The mass was 10x8 cm in size, mobile and there was not any evidence of invasion. The mass was totally resected. After surgery, we did not apply adjuvant therapy for this case. Keywords : Liposarcoma, neck, surgery
