ANNUAL FOLLOW-UP 25 DACRYOCYTORHINOSTOMY PATIENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN PERFORMED INTRANASALLY BY USING HAMMER AND MICROOSTEOTOM

One year follow-up of 25 dacryocytorhinostomy cases which have been performed intranasally by using hammer and microosteotom for bone tissue is reported. Nineteen patients (76%) became totally symptom free, symptoms of 4 patients (16%) were resolved considerably and there were no change for 2 patients (8%). Totally, the surgery was succesful in 23 patients (92%). Keywords : Intranasal dacryocytorhinostomy, use of hammer and microosteotom
