Fırat Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, KBB Anabilim Dalı, Elazığ, Türkiye An isolated polyp arising from the sphenoid sinus is rare and sphenochoanal polyps arise from the sphenoid sinus cavity and extend into the choana via the ostium. The presentation of a sphenochoanal polyp is similar to that of the more common antrochoanal polyp, but endoscopic examination and computed tomography scan are important in the differentiated diagnosis of sphenochoanal polyp. Endoscopic approach for complete removal of the sphenochoanal polyps is extremely safe, including its mucosa of site of origin, which minimizes the risk of recurrence. We present two cases of sphenochoanal polyp aged of 13 and 36. In this cases report were reviewed the clinical, radiological features and treatment of the patients with sphenochoanal polyp.
