Cumhuriyet Universitesi Tıp Fakültesi KBB Kliniği, KBB, Sivas, Türkiye Oculomotor test results of retrocochlear lesions which affect central nervous system are studied to evaluate the diagnostic value of oculomotor tests. Gaze, saccade, tracking and optokinetic test were applied to 64 cases of retrocochlear lesions which were 22 cases of acoustic neurinoma, 10 cases of brainsteam lesions, 10 cases of cerebellar lesions, 7 cases of cerebral lesions, 15 cases of multiple sclerosis and the control group of 20 healthy persons. Although lesions of central nervous system of different localizations have corrupted all oculomotor tests but also affected oculomotor tests at different ratios.
