GRANULAR CELL TUMOR OF THE TONGUE:CASE REPORT

Granular cell tumor (GCT) is an uncommon benign neoplasm commonly seen in head and neck region, oral cavity, especially the tongue. The lesion generally presents as a small, poorly circumscribed, solitary nodule, whereas 10-15% of patients have lesions at multiple sides. We represent here a case with well circumscribed cystic lesion in tongue. Keywords : Granular cell tumor, cyst, oral cavity, tongue
