We presented two case of isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy following septorinoplasty performed under general anestesia. Examinations carried on this cases didn't show any pathology that can be cause of the hypoglossal nevre palsy and it has just been thought that this situation might be due to press on a localized area where the hypoglossal nerve lined. B1 and B6 vitamin complex was given as medical treatment and a complete recovery was observed at the end of the six month. Keywords : Hypoglossal nerve palsy, transoral entubation, septorinoplasty
