Parathyroid adenoma was diagnosed in all of them and all of the cases were treated with performing parathyroidectomy. Generally otorhinolaryngologists are not familiar with the subject of “hyperparathyroidism and its management”, this subject was discussed by the help of our cases and the current literature. Keywords : Primary hyperparathyroidism, parathyroid adenoma, Brown tumor
