HYALINE VASCULAR TYPE CASTLEMAN'S DISEASE OF THE NECK: TWO CASES

²GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi, Patoloji Kliniği, İstanbul, Türkiye Castleman's disease is a lymphoproliferative disorder which have unknown etiology. It can involve mostly mediastinal lymph nodes however the disease can be seen in cervical, retroperitoneal, axillary and other lymph node regions. In this article two patients with hyaline vascular type Castleman's disease presenting with solitary neck mass were discussed and literatures were reviewed. There was not any other pathology and FNAB showed non malignant. Two masses were excised totally for the risk of malignancy. Histopathologic examination revealed hyalin vasculer type Castleman's disease. Two years follow up showed no recurrence.
