The most important advantage of this technique is ability to reach the isolated deviation with minimal dissection resulting less morbidity and postoperative oedema.

Matherials and Methods: İn this article we presented our experiences about 16 cases and discussed indications, technique and complications in endoscopic septoplasty.

Results: Limited subpericondrial dissection is important especially in the patients underwent septal cartilage resection surgery. Better visualisation in posterior deviations and easier transitions between the septoplasty and sinus surgery are the other advantages of this technique. In addition endoscopic technique helps the education of all operating room staff. Keywords : Septal deviation, endoscopy
