Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease, lacking a well-defined etiology , and is characterized histopathologically by non-caseating granulomas.. It is usually located in the lower respiratory tract but can also be seen in the upper respiratory tract. We report two cases with nasal skin and inferior concha involvement. The gold standart for the diagnosis is biopsy and the documentation of the characteristic histological structure.. Although nasal involvement is rare when compared to lower respiratory tract, sarcoidısis must be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of nasal lesions. Keywords : Sarcoidosis, nose, skin
